Kitchen was a big plus. The setting of hotel was GOOD.

The location was very good, very close to Mall of the Emirates. A great grocery shop was just over the road. Parking was good.

Not so easy to find - a better map on their website would have helped. The kitchen cupboards had splatters of food and other grot on them - the surfaces need a good clean.

i like their workout place , swiming pool , & the room space area , parking procedure .

when i entered into the room , it was not clean ... i ask them to clean it & they do ...

The staff were excellent and very helpful. My apartment was nicely laid out and comfortable.

I could hear children in a neighbouring apartment. The hotel is surrounded by building sites. The balcony is very small. There were no bowls in the kitchen and the cooker made it difficult to open a cupboard.

Location; near Mall of the Emirates.

- Small Room, not enough space for the extra bed. - Not enough kitchen ware. - Housekeeping forgot to clean the room! - They charged me for the extra bed as lump-sum for the whole duration of stay! They should have charged fair i. e. per night. - Although I checked-out before end of booking for a better and cheaper hotel in the same area, the receptionist didn't bother to ask why!

Easy access to a major shopping mall, metro link and easy for taxis. Well located to other tourist areas in dubai. Lots of little supermarkets/salons/pharmacy/cheap eat places to make it a more budget alternative. Good for families with young children. Dubai is expensive, and this I consider still alot of money for only a short period of time (1 week). Yet in comparison to other prices, this was the best. Would stay again. The staff were super accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.

Location is good. Not difficult to find.

A lot of houseflies in the house which the housekeeping is unable to get rid. Also, they have a weird "No housekeeping provided unless you put up the [Please clean my room] sign outside your room". We always thought it is a norm that housekeeping should be provided unless you put up dnd sign.

Good location for travelling around Dubai. Staff friendly especially pool attendant.

Poor maintenance of apartment - leak from sink in kitchen which was quickly and efficiently repaired when notified. Slight leak from under sink in toilet and toilet did not flush very well but had other in bathroom.

The space of the apartment was huge compared to like hotels around the world. The facilities in the apartment were great.

Only one hing missing was a microwave int he kitchen.

The way and the procedure of communication of this hotel aparttment is very very poor. The service is really bad and very poor. The hotel staff is not at all helpful and does not give the whole information to their clients. As my check out time was between 12:00 pm to 13:00 pm. I got late a niyht before because there was some issue regarding my bill bit it got sorted out later and i requested at the reception and asked them, can i check out at 13:00 pm and the person who was on duty a night before my check out told me yes ok no problem i can check out around 13:00 pm. And the next morning, the day when i was checking out the lady at the reception who was o duty during day time calls me around 11:20 am and asks me to check out. I told her that yesterday night i have requested my check out time around 13:00 pm but the lady was so rude to me that i have to check out in 10 minutes. She has an arrival and i have to check out in 10 minutes. I am telling you this whole big story because i was really really pissed with the behaviour of the hotel staff and with their service. Please make a check on it. Thanku

Swimming pool only opens at 11 am.

This Hotel is in a good location for the Mall of the Emirates, which is only a few mins walk away. The staff were excellent, especially considering we arrived at 2am, I had expected a sleepy night porter but we got a friendly welcome from the 3 members of staff on duty. Everything we asked for we had promptly delivered. Staff were very helpful with local information.We went with friends and had chosen this Hotel only because it had a two bed apartment that had two double beds but I would definitely stay here again.

No view, Not clean, No facilities, No valet parking as all the hotels, we have to parking in the basement by our self, no disable parking,only 1 master room, very small rooms, very small flat.
